EASTER BRUNCH BUFFET

This Easter Sunday, enjoy time with family and friends and join us in the Event Ballroom to indulge in our chef-inspired buffet. Chef Gerry has crafted a delicious spread of breakfast delights and Easter favourites, from traditional Eggs Benedict and Brioche French Toast to Braised Lamb Belly and a Seafood Station. Paired with a hot beverage or boozy brunch refreshment, our Easter buffet is perfect for the entire family.

Brunch buffet not your style? On April 20, our regular breakfast menu will be available from 7–11am, featuring all your morning favourites served in our main dining room.

Prefer a midday celebration? Join us for lunch from noon–3:30pm, where Chef Gerry will be serving special Easter feature dishes alongside two handcrafted cocktails created just for the occasion.
