Don’t Waffle on Breakfast

Fuel an adventure-filled weekend by starting your day at our chic eatery in the upscale Westin Trillium House, Blue Mountain. Enjoy full-service mountain dining seven days a week in our bright, stylish dining room and choose from dishes like eggs Benedict, mushroom huevos rancheros and a classic Canadian breakfast. Kiddos can tuck into a build-your-own parfait, cheddar omelette with home-fried potatoes or a fresh-off-the-iron Belgian waffle. Don’t sleep too late as breakfast wraps up daily at 11:30am.

The Snow Must Go On

Winter warriors can hit the slopes on Blue Mountain Resort’s 36 trails, offering the most diverse snowboard and ski terrain in Ontario. Not a ski or snowboard bunny? No problem! Work up a sweat snowshoeing, enjoy a downhill thrill while tubing or strap on some skates and make rounding the rink a family affair!

Après Your Way

After you’ve worked up a sweat on the slopes (or even if you watched from the sidelines), there’s nothing like a refreshing après ski beverage. With rotating drink specials at O&B Café Grill, pick and choose from our selection of daily deals like half-priced bottles of wine on Sundays or cold-weather cocktails like the O&B Winter Mule, Avalanche or Mountain Sangria. For those who want to après the booze-free way, allow us to mix up a zero-proof cocktail!

Relax to the Max

Open year-round, tourists and locals alike have been known to flock to Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain for the ultimate spa day. Visitors can indulge in some serious relaxation at the outdoor thermal baths or book a massage treatment for much-needed me-time. If you’re visiting in winter, there are plenty of places to decompress indoors as well!

Pizza and Patio Pints

When the sun is shining, take in the buzzing energy of Blue Mountain Village with a bite and some people watching ― the perfect late afternoon activity. Enjoy our selection of pizzas cooked to order in our Wood Stone oven and enjoy a meal in our cozy-meets-contemporary dining room. Psst… our kids menu even features a pint-sized pepperoni pie! When the weather cooperates, our breezy pond-side terrace is a summery dream for patio beers and bar bites.

Cross Country Skiing

Make a Scene

Connect with nature at Collingwood’s Scenic Caves, another option for year-round exploration. Glide along 27km of groomed trails on cross-country skis or explore 12km of snowshoe trails and winding winter paths, including a suspension footbridge. In the warmer months, check out caves and crevices, try a treetop trek or fly across a towering zipline. It’s a choose-your-own-adventure of awe-inspiring views and a variety of attractions.

Cozy Up in Comfort

Weekends away often mean taking part in the art of not lifting a finger. If you’re calling The Westin Trillium House home for a couple of days, enjoy refined cuisine from the comfort of your room! Kickstart your morning with a SuperFoodsRx™ breakfast menu featuring dishes designed to leave you revitalized and recharged. Making it a movie night in or cozying up by the fire after a long day of exploring? Enjoy Chef Gerry Williams’ diverse choice of appetizers, seafood, steaks, chops, ribs, pasta, fire-roasted pizza, gourmand burgers and desserts without moving a muscle! Little ones are covered too with kids menus designed for small appetites.

Salmon Fillet

Now that you’ve got a weekend’s worth of ideas, let the planning begin! Whether you’re off on a Family Day long weekend getaway, in the mood for some March Break madness or seeking out a summer staycation close to home, Blue Mountain has it all. “Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill is a jewel. Its décor is outmatched only by its cuisine and the large outdoor terrace offers one of the best views in the resort.”
